Work principle of CS Cone Crusher
When cone crusher starts, the motor makes eccentric sleeve rotate through driving V-belt, big belt wheel, transmission shaft, small bevel gear and big bevel gear. The axis line is forced by the eccentric sleeve to rotate and swing, making the surface of crushing wall and rolling acetabular near and far now and then. Then in the ring crushing cavity composed by fixed cone and movable cone, materials are impacted, squeezed, bended and finally crushed. After repeating that for sevel times, materials are crushed to required particles and discharge out from the bottom.
