Magnetic Roll Separator Description

1. This series magnetic roll separator can select waterish powders that are strongly magnetized. And the size of the selected stuffs, such as magnet quartz, will be less than 3000× 10-6cm.

2. It can separate a wide variety of materials from different industries in an efficient and economical manner.

3. The separator is made of 4 parts: Gearing, roll, tanker and economy. The roller with a wearable cover is made of stainless steel.

Magnetic Roll Separator Applied Range:

There are the refluent tanker (V), fluent tanker (S) and the half-refluent tanker(B) to choose from, the half-refluent tanker is used most widely.
1. The refluent tanker can choose & pick out the powder whose size ranges from 0.6 to 0 mm
2. The fluent tanker can choose & select the powder whose sizes ranges from 0.6 to 0 mm
3. The half-fluent tanker can choose & select the powders whose size are from 0.6 to 0 mm, especially for those whose sizes are from 0.15 to 0 mm
