Powder classifier Product Introduction
QS styem is consist of feeder, air classifier, cyclone separator, pluse typed collector, airlock rotary valve, storage hopper.
Due to the strong airflow, fine powder material in air classifier which is discharged from feeding hopper will be atomized at once. The wind turbine (in classifier) forces material formed into a strong cyclone shaped flow, and ejected to outer round filter sieve.
Undersize material dropt into negative pressure air duct directly. Effected by airflow, fine powder will be pushed into cyclone collector, and final settled by gravity. A airlock rotary valve be fixed under the bottom of storage hopper(in collector), it can discharges qualified material conveniently.
