Brief introduction of mobile cone crusher
S series cone crusher is the same as gyratory crusher in work principle, but it is only suitable for intermediate and fine crushing. Generally, the uniformity demands on nesting size in intermediate and fine crushing is higher than in coarse crushing. Therefore, the cone crusher must leave a parallel region below the crushing cavity while accelerate gyratory speed of crushing cone to make materials in the parallel region extruded more than once.
Work principle of mobile cone crusher
When S spring cone crusher works, the motor drives the large bevel gear at the bottom of eccentric sleeve through the fluid coupling and small bevel gear, making the eccentric sleeve rotate and causing the cone swing to crush materials. The main spindle will not move, which just for supporting the spherical bush to bear the crushing force. Because the main spindle does not move while the eccentric shaft passes crushing force, the structure can withstand greater force. It is quite adaptable to fine crushing and ultrafine crushing as crushing force of ultrafine crushing is very large.
Main use of mobile cone crusher
S series cone crusher is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with above average hardness. The type of crushing cavity is up to the use of ore. The standard type is for intermediate crushing; The medium type is for intermediate and fine crushing; And the short head type is suitable for fine crushing.
Mobile cone crusher Structure
S spring cone crusher mainly consists of frame, fixed cone assembly, movable cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl-shaped shaft bracket part and transmission part, etc. Its auxiliary part is composed of electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and hydraulic cavity cleaning system.
The top cone assembly mainly covers adjusting sleeve, rolling acetabular wall and other components. The movable cone assembly is made up of main spindle, movable cone, crushing wall, etc. The transmission part consists of large pulley wheel, drive shaft, small bevel gear, large bevel gear, etc.
Features of mobile cone crusher
1. High productivity, good finished shape. With the continuous rotation of movable cone, the material crushing process and unloading process alternately performs along the work surface, ensuring high productivity. There is a parallel strip between the movable cone and fixed cone, making particle size even and cubical finished particles content high.
2. The crushing cavity has multiple special and reliable sealing methods, which can be selected according to the ppurose of the ore. It is mainly divided into standard, medium and short head type. The standard type is mainly applied in medium crushing. Tthe medium type is for fine crushing. While the short head type is for ultra-fine crushing.
3. Overload protection, easy maintenance. S series cone crusher uses dry oil seal or water seal, so that dust and other impurities can not enter the machine. And that ensures lubrication oil clean, extending service life of the sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing, making the machine run more reliably.
4. Simple structure, low energy consumption.
