Air separator Features:

The design is guided with the ideal pressure distribution and the most appropriate flow field calculated by our Hydromechanics Numerical Similitude Software. The optimized classifying wheel structure and the stable flow field lead to small loss of pressure on impeller; therefore it can give materials highly efficient classification (Newton efficiency up to 70%~90%). The specially designed strong dispersion device and turbulence vortex solution device ensure high classifying precision;

The optimized structure enables this machine to disperse agglomerate ultrafine powder and polymers;
Our original External End Face Sealing Technology (patent for invention) ensures no leakage of oversized particles;
