Impact crusher machine Application:
This series of product is usually applied in the secondary crushing, and the compressive strength is up to 350MPa. The impact crusher is applicable for crushing limestone, concrete, basalt, and especially applicable for the preparation of road stone. It is widely used in various fields of mining, smelting, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc.
Impact crusher machine working principle:
Impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When Impact crusher works, under the driving force of motor, the rotor rolls at a high speed with the blow bar on it hitting the material into pieces, and then the material will be thrown toward the impact device and then to the blow, so it will be crushed again. This process repeats until materials are crushed to the requested size. The product size and output can be controlled by adjusting the clearance between impact plate and blow bar.
