The Application and Usage Range:
Coal mill is major equipment of cement plant and used for drying and grinding coal. The equipment is mainly consisted of feed device, main bearings, rotating parts, drive device, selling device, high-voltage start-up device and lubrication system. The raw material is fed into mill by feeding equipment. The hot wind enters into the mill by inlet end. As the mill cylinder rotates, the coal and hot air exchange heat in the mill. The coal is crushed and grinded in the mill. When the coal is being grinded, the powder is brought out of the mill by the hot air going through the mill. The products have got the international quality certification of ISO9001:2000 and the European CE certification. coal mill working principle:
coal mill systems are either 'open circuit' or 'closed circuit.' In an open circuit system, the feed rate of incoming clinker is adjusted to achieve the desired fineness of the product. In a closed circuit system, coarse particles are separated from the finer product and returned for further grinding.
coal mill can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different beneficiation methods, and this machine is two lattice type coal mill. The materials from the feeding fittings enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis when it works. There is a ladder like or ripple like scaleboard in the first bin, and different specification steel balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force, the force carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind the materials. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via a single layer partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the materials are further ground. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board.
