1.Stone Heavy Hammer Crusher is widely used for medium or fine crushing for medium hard and

2.The compression strength of the materials shall not exceed 320MPa, while the moisture content shall be lower than 15%.
3.The equipment can be also used for crushing chips and paper with fiber structure and strong elasticity and ductility, or recycling asbestos fiber by crushing wastes of asbestos cement, etc.
4.Gap between the gratings are adjustable to change grain size of the discharge, so as to meet different requirements of the customers.
Hammer Crusher for Mining Equipment Working Principle:
The stone heavy hammer crusher crushes by the collisions between high speed hammers and materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them, the crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reached the required size. When the bulk material into the machine, hit by the hammerhead and stopped by material bracket. That's not only increase the contact area between material and hammerhead but also avoid sudden infarction of the rotor. After the impact, bulk materials hit themselves on the crushing cavity. Then the stones overflow from the straight screen or falling and been hammered again forming the stones. At last discharged from outlet of the hammer crusher
