Ceramic Ball Mill introduction
Ceramic Ball Mill is mainly used to mix and grind materials.Fineness of product is homogeneous and saves dynamic. It can be used for dry and wet grinding. This machine can adopt different liner types according to production requirement to meet different needs. Fineness of grinding operation is controlled automatically depending on grinding time. Self-coupling voltage reducing of electric motor is started to reduce starting current and its structure can be divided into integral type and independent type. This product has the following characteristics: low investment, saving energy and electricity compared with products of the same kind, novel structure, simple operation, safe for using and steady performance and so on. It is suitable for mixing of common and special materials and for grinding operation. Users can choose proper type, liner and medium through comprehensive consideration according to the factors such as proportion of material, hardness and output and so on.
Ceramic Ball Mill structure:
Ceramic ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer,small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).
The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear- resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
Ceramic Ball Mill working principle
Motor drives cylinder rotating by reduction gear. Frictional force and centrifugal force bring aterial and steel ball inside ball mill to a level, then drop down by gravity. The material being grinded and discharged eventually. The material goes through spiral classifier for getting acceptable products, and coarse product goes back to ball mill for re-grinding. The material being fed inside ball mill uniformly by combined feeder, and the ball mill can continuous working 24hours every day.
