Introduction of Spring Cone Crusher
Spring Cone crusher is mainly applied in the secondary and the subsequent crushing process. It is suitable for crushing stone or ore whose specific gravity is 1.6 t/m3. It has the advantages of high crushing ratio, high efficiency, high capacity, low operation cost, easy to maintain. It adopts high-quality raw material and have reasonable structure. Final product is even, which reduce the cycle load. The medium-sized and big-size cone crusher adopts multi-cylinder hydraulic cavity clearing system, which reduce the down time and labor intensity. Each cone crusher has several cavities. Users can choose suitable cavity based on their requirement of final product particle size.
There are two types of crushing cavity:
standard type and short head type, and both of them also has three types based on the particle size of the final product: standard fine type, standard medium type and standard coarse type; short head fine type, short head medium type, short head coarse type. Generally speaking, standard type is suitable for medium crushing, and short head type is for fine crushing.
(Space between Mantle and Concave is the crushing cavity.)
Working principle of Spring Cone Crusher:
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shells to turn arround through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. in this way , the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.
Application of Spring Cone Crusher:
Spring Cone crusher is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium size or above medium hardness. It's the secondary crusher after primary jaw cusher. Stone cone crusher is widely used in mining industry, metallurgy industry, building industry, road building industry, chemical industry and silicate industry.
