1. Introduction of coal grinding mill
There are thousands of materials can be ground by our raymond coal grinding mill . The typical materials are coal,feldspar, calcite, gypsum, limestone, dolomite, graphite, fluorite, aedelforsite, phosphate ore, fused calcium magnesium phosphate, carbamide, electrolytic manganese metal, ferro manganese, coal gangue, slag, steatite, granite, orthoclase, marble, barytes, ceramics, glass. All the materials which are 9 or less on the Mohs scale can be grinded.
2.Working principle of coal grinding mill
The speed reducer upper on the main machine makes central axis rotate through shaft coupling, and roller hanger rotates with central axis, and rollers on the hanger roll around the inside of ring. The materials come into inlet from upper side of machine, and they fall down onto the dispersing materials plate rotating with central axis in two ways, then the materials are sent into passage between rollers and rings, after they are grinded into pieces, they are discharged from thedischarge lip. This is all process of raymond mill.
3.Advantages of coal grinding mill

Our Raymond mill adopts medium speed and pressure, and repeated planishing principle, and its design is reasonable. The materials fall down by gravity. When the materials are high strength and hard-working, all the parts of rollers and ring will be worn evenly, and capacity is compared evenly too. Because of ingenious design, when the ungrindable materials such as boltsor pig iron enter into machine, they will not damage the machine. It is unnecessary to equip with cyclone and many other pipes, so it needs small space.After materials are grinded by raymond Mill, their crystalline structure is changed and so their grindable structure is improved greatly. The grinded materials become irregular multiple-unit and their internal crystalline structure are already broken, the structure of the organization is loose, and the final sizes all have haircuts. Thus, when the materials are grinded in the second time, the machine is mainly doing grinding work not crushing work, so the capacity of second grinded is improved greatly.The crushing ratio of final products of the grinding mill is high and the percentage of the fineness is high too.

Expect producing large quantity fineness which is smaller than 100 meshes, this mill alsocan make materials have large haircuts by numbers of grinded. The max final size is below 3mm, and it is easy for second time grinding.
? Long service life of wearing parts and less maintenance.
The traditional grinding equipment crush the materials by high speed rotation, and the connection between wearing parts is direct, so consumption of these parts is fast, and large quantity dust, thus adjustment and maintain is frequently, and normal production isinfluenced. This grinding mill rollers are grinding to material bed, and do both revolution and rotation, thus this avoids direct contact between rollers and lining plates.This is not only improving service life of easy worn parts, but also reducing pollution to materials greatly in the grinding process.
