Introduction of mini mill
The mini mill equipment is a kind of new type and high-efficient powder and superfine powder processing machinery which is used for grinding non-flammable non-explosive minirals, such as calcite, cretaceous, caoline, limestone, bentonite, talcum, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, Attapulgite clay, rectorite, diatomite, barite and so on. The classified powder could be milled to 0.074mm, meeting the requirements from different customers.

Structure Features of mini mill
The mini Ball Mill consists of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (velocity decreasing device, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and so on. The hollow shaft is made of casting steel and its inner lining plate is replaceable. The big rotary gear is processed by hobbing castings, and the cylindrical body is installed with high wear- resistant lining plates on its inner wall.
The Ball Mills work stably and reliably, and can be divided into dry Ball Mills and wet Ball Mills according to the materials to be grinded and the discharging styles.
Working Principle of mini mill
The mini Mill is a horizontal rotary cylindrical apparatus driven by gears outside, including two storage cells of lattice patterns. When the mill works, the raw materials evenly enter from the feeding opening of the mill through the hollow shaft into the first cell installed with stepped lining plates or wavy lining plates of various steel balls in different scales, and the rotating cylindrical body generates centrifugal force that brings the steel balls to a certain height and then the balls fall down to impact and grind the materials. After the rough grinding in the first cell, the qualified particles enter through a single dividing plate into the second cell whose inner wall has been installed with flat plates of steel balls. The materials will be further grinded in this cell where the final qualified particles and powders are put out of the discharging opening and, the whole grinding process is completed.
