LM series Cement Vertical Roller Mill introduction
LM Series Vertical Roller Mill is large size Powder Grinding Machine that designed and manufactured by our company. Its technology is origin from Japan of advanced process
and reliable structure design by combing drying, grinding, separating and conveying together for diverse materials and different size grinding systems. It is widely used in slag, cement, power generation plant, metallurgy, chemical and coal industries. It is mainly composed by Motor, Planetary GearBox, Grinding Table, Grinding Rollers,
Rocker Arms, Frame, Shell, Separator, Water Spray Device, Hydraulic Pressure System, Lubrication System and Rocker Arm Seals.
Cement Vertical Roller Mill Work Principle:
Raw material drop onto the center of grinding table through the feeding tube and will be scattered evenly by the constant speed rotating grinding table to its fringe area by the centrifugal force to form a certain thickness material bed. Meanwhile, the material is rolled and crushed by the rollers and then moves to the fringe of the grinding table by the continuous centrifugal force. The rolled material will leave from grinding table and then it would be blowed upward into the separator by hot gas that comes from the vane. The hot gas and the material will be sufficiently heat exchanged and the moisture will be vaporized thoroughly during this process. The separator controls the granular size of finished product at outlet of Roller Mill from where the qualified fineness granules will enter into the final storehouse.
The larger granules would be separated and transported back to the grinding table.
