Mill Machine Overview
1.The grinding ball mill machine grinds material by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, causing the balls to fall back into the cylinder and onto the material to be ground.
2. Gringding ball mills include two types: dry ball mill and wet ball mill.Besides, ball mill can also be divided into gridtype and overflow type,according to different discharging ways.
Application of Mill Machine
1.Ball mill machine is the key equipment to grind the materials after they are primarily crushed.
2.It is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and other production industries.
3.It also can be applied to the dry type and wet type grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.
Basic Structure of Mill Machine
1.Ball mill machine is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part which includes gear box, small transmission gearwheel, electric motor and electric control.
2.The hollow shaft adopts steel casting, the inner liner can be dismantled and changed, and the rotation gearwheel uses casting hobbing processing and inside the cylinder there are wearable liners which has good wear-resistance.
3.This machine has stable operation and reliable performance.
Working Principle of Mill Machine
1. Ball mill machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid.
2.Material evenly goes into the first chamber from the feeding inlet through the hollow shaft in a spiraling way. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as different kinds of steel balls.
3.The shell rotates to generate eccentricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material.
Features of Mill Machine
1. The main bearing is made of full diameter and double self-aligning rod bearing, instead of the former sliding bearing, which reduces friction and energy consumption. So the grinding machine is easy to start.
2. The ball mill is with big diameter discharging mouth and high production capacity.
3. Feeders include joint feeder and drum feeder, whose structure is simple and split installation.
4. Ball mill has no inertial impaction and is operated smoothly, which reduces the time of parking to maintain and increase its efficiency.
