stone crushing line is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher and vibrating screen etc. Supported by the belt conveyor it is a complete crushing plant for stone producing.
1. The material is crushed by jaw crusher.
2. Transported into impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing.
3. The crushed stone is divided into many sizes by vibrating screen.
4. It stacked by belt conveyor as the finished product of stone stock .
Working Principle of stone crushing line:
stone crushing line including the Vibrating feeder, Jaw crusher, Impact crusher, Belt conveyor, Vibrating screen and the Concentrate electronic control and so on. And according to the different requirements of the clients , the Cone crusher and the dust leaning equipments also need to be added to the production line. The big stone will be first put into the stock bin, then the vibrating feeder transports the big stones to the Jaw crusher for the rough crushing, then the big stones becomes the building stones, after that ,the building stones will be transmitted to the impact crushers for the second crushing, after the comminution of the second time, the belt conveyor will deliver the very small building stones to the vibrating screen to have a screening. Then different specifications of building stone appear, the stones meeting the needs will be sent to the material stock pile, and the others will be transported to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for the next crushing, and this forms the multi-time closed-loop circuit. The particle size of the stones can be have a combination and classification according to the different need of different clients. To protect the environment , the dust cleaning equipments should be added.
The main machines of stone crushing line:
1) Jaw crusher
jaw crusher is usually used as primary crushing during the stone or sand processing, because it's high capacity, large opening and durable wearing parts, it's easy to maintain
2) Impact crusher
impact crusher can be used as secondary crushing, it's the ideal choice for making building material, for it's finished mateterial with cubic shape and without interior cracks
3) Cone crusher
cone crusher is widely used for the secondary crushing, because it's reliable working condition, but it's not easy to maintain if there is problem
4) Fine crusher

5) Vibrating feeder and screen
