wash plant gold Tommel screen provides a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of materials and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to enhance product quality with  rapid and large volume processing.
The material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.
 
Working principle of wash plant gold:
Material is feed into the trommel and lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the trommel. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the trommel.
Application of Gold Wash Plant :
Trommel Screen  is consisting of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. After the material into the drum, on one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different numbers of meshes. The different materials fall into different hoppers and then are sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.
