Product Description

Zenith FL spiral separator are widely used for separation plant They can be combined with ball mill to form a closed circuit for preliminary classification and check classification, sometimes they can be applied for ore washing, desliming and dewatering as well. Spiral separator is a separation machine dependent on the theory of different depositing speed in the flew by different specific gravity. It is an accessory equipment of the grinder for processed stuffs separation, free from the earth and dewatering.


Spiral separator are engineered to provide the most effective pool area and overflow velocity requirements. By combining the proper submergence of the Spiral with one of the tank designs, a wide range of combinations is possible. (Refer to table on the last page. ) The proper combination of pool depth, area and Spiral construction results in controlled turbulence for accurate size separations, efficient washing and/or dewatering as required.
